陈静律师从业以来一直深耕于国际贸易法律事务，自2001年出版第一部WTO专著——《案释WTO反倾销协议》后，一直专注于WTO、反倾销、反补贴、保障措施等法律事务研究和实践工作，迄今已经从事国际贸易研究工作20年。

陈静律师曾代理中国政府参与多起WTO争端解决案件并取得良好结果，她尤其擅长于协助企业应对不同国家发起的反倾销反补贴调查，对纺织、五矿、机电、轻工、医药等行业的特点有深刻了解，并对这些行业如何有效应对贸易救济调查有独到见解。从业以来，帮助许多大型上市公司应对反倾销反补贴调查并取得了理想的结果，能够为政府、企业、商会、提供高效优质的法律服务。陈静律师在协助多家上市公司应诉贸易救济调查的同时协助其进行对外投资业务，为多家上市公司提供海外布局的可行性研究报告和专业化建议，为投前、投中、投后的管理进行统筹规划安排，并提出兼具合规性和实用性的法律解决方案。

陈静律师于2016年、2017年、2018年、2019年、2020年、2021年连续六年被国际著名评级机构LEGALBAND评为著名国际贸易法律师。其带领的兰台国际团队于2016年、2020年被《商法》杂志推荐获得商法卓越律所国际贸易大奖。陈静律师本人于2020年3月被国际著名评级机构LEGALBAND评为客户首选：中国女律师15强。2020年陈静律师获得《商法》杂志A-List中国100法律精英榜单。陈静律师还担任北海仲裁院仲裁员、北京外国语大学法学院校外导师、中国政法大学创业导师、青岛律师学院授课专家、中融国际信托有限公司争议解决律师库专家等职务。

Chen Jing has been working on international trade legal affairs from the beginning of her career and started her research in WTO, anti-dumping, countervailing, safeguard measures and other legal affairs since the publication of her first WTO monograph Annotation by Cases of WTO Anti-dumping Agreement in 2001. By far, her engagement in international trade research is over 20 years.

Chen Jing has represented the Chinese government in a number of WTO disputes with good results. She is particularly good at assisting enterprises in responding to anti-dumping and countervailing investigations initiated by different countries, and has a profound understanding of the characteristics of the textile, mining, electromechanical industry, the light industry and pharmaceutical industries and has unique insights on how to effectively respond to trade remedy investigations in these industries. Since the beginning of her practice, she has helped many listed giant companies to respond to anti-dumping and countervailing investigations with desirable results, and has been able to provide comprehensive and high quality legal services to the government, enterprises, chambers of commerce, etc. In addition to assisting many listed companies in responding to trade remedy investigations, Chen Jing has also assisted them in foreign investment business, provided feasibility studies and professional advice to many listed companies on overseas layout, made integrated planning arrangements for pre-investment, investment and post-investment management, and proposed legal solutions with both compliance characteristic and practicality.

Chen Jing is recognized as a prominent international trade law attorney by LEGALBAND, a leading international rating agency, for six consecutive years in 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020 and 2021. The Lantai international team led by her was recommended as Excellence Law Firm in International Trade by Business Law Magazine both in 2016 and 2020. Chen Jing herself was ranked by LEGALBAND as a Client Preferred: Top 15 Female Lawyers in China in March 2020. In 2020, Chen Jing was listed in the A-List China 100 Legal Elite. She is also the arbitrator of Beihai Arbitration Court, the external mentor of Beijing Foreign Studies University Law School, an entrepreneurial mentor of China University of Political Science and Law, the lecturing guest professor of Qingdao Lawyer College, and the expert guest of dispute resolution of Zhongrong International Trust Co., Ltd.
